The Disaster Response Plan, referenced in Directive A-20, details the structures in place for enacting emergency procedures and the relevant plans for responding to specific crises. Directive A-15 "Fire Safety & Emergency Evacuation" assigns responsibility for fire safety and provides policy authority for evacuation orders during emergency situations.
