Editing a file sent by email - If you receive a file sent to you by email or from a posted page like Blackboard you have two options for modifying it: Open or Save If you use Open and modify it there are sometimes problems saving it and the modifications are often lost. We recommend that you choose Save and save it to a USB, your N drive (Don't save it to C Drive if you are in a student lab). Then modify the file and save. Pay attention to where you are saving it. |
