We are pleased to celebrate some of the 2010-2011 Algonquin College Foundation’s many accomplishments.

For the first time, our Foundation moved into capital campaign fundraising to support the new Algonquin Centre for Construction Excellence, a new campus in Perth and a new campus in Pembroke.  Thanks to the dedicated leadership and transformational donations, over 7.9 million has been raised towards our $10.5 million campaign goal.

Student retention remains a strong focus of our Foundation.  The Foundation engages donors to establish annual and endowed bursaries to support our students in need.  Thanks to our generous donors this past year, 24 new endowments have been created and are listed on the endowed bursary page of this site.

Our success is due to the collective efforts of our Foundation Board, Campaign Cabinet volunteers and the generosity of our donors.  We appreciate and thank all of our donors for contributing to a successful year of philanthropy.
