Please note: The following dates apply to programs for which one applies through ontariocolleges.ca Please check under "Programs" on
our web-site for the specific program you are interested in. The "Application
Information" for that program will indicate whether you apply through ontariocolleges.ca
We encourage you to read the following
information carefully and also refer you to the ontariocolleges.ca website.
For programs starting in the 2010 Fall Term, please note the following important dates:

Admissions process begins. Applications are transmitted from ontariocolleges.ca to the college
for evaluation.
|
For the Fall Term, applications that are received at ontariocolleges.ca on or before this date, and which meet the
college and program eligibility requirements, are considered first. (ontariocolleges.ca does not process
applications based on the postmarked date.) All applications which meet college and
program admission requirements and are received after this date are considered on a
first-come-first-served basis according to the date received, as long as space
remains available.
Please note that February 1 is not a deadline for submitting applications. However, you
are encouraged to submit your application as early as possible, especially in the case of
highly-competitive programs for which there are often enough qualified applications received
by the Equal Consideration Date to fill the program.
Note: Applications for the Winter and Spring terms will be processed
on a first-come first-served basis as long as places are available, beginning in September.

February 5, 2010: This is the date on which Offers of Admission to the 2010 Fall Term will be
released for Open programs. Offers of Admission will continue to be issued until programs are filled and/or
waitlists are established.
March 5, 2010: Algonquin will issue offers of admission for highly-competitive programs.

Applicants must confirm their acceptance of an Offer of
Admission by this
date, online at ontariocolleges.ca
An Offer of Admission may be withdrawn if an applicant fails to
confirm by the stipulated deadline.
(For applicants who receive Offers of Admission later in the admission cycle, the
Confirmation Date will be indicated on their Offer of Admission.)

After confirming your acceptance through ontariocolleges.ca, you are encouraged to pay your
first term tuition fees as soon as possible, and no later than the dates
below:

An Offer of Admission may be withdrawn if an
