The Academic Referral Centre (ARC) at the College can answer your questions and offers face to face advising opportunities with its Academic Referral Officers.

The Academic Referral Officers are knowledgeable about all of the College’s full-time programs, part-time programs, intensive programs, graduate certificate programs, the Career and College Preparation program, the process for transferring credits, applying for Advanced Standing and the Prior Learning Assessment procedures.  Applicants with a degree or diploma may even be able to enter an Algonquin program in the second year.

• Reviewing and assessing your previous education, training and work experience
• Exploring possible career and education opportunities
• Providing information about how to register and meet college prerequisites
